Fleet Technology

Fleet technology is not a luxury at Attrans Ltd, however, it is a necessary tool for ensuring the continued relevance of road carriage. All our vehicles are equipped with Satellite tracking devices, G.P.S.'s as well as G.P.R.S. phones which puts us in direct communication with our drivers at any given time of the day.

With an all-satellite tracking device, it has made it possible to track the exact location of all vehicles, thereby, reducing the operating costs and increasing productivity by having real-time information on the location and status of all the routes, schedule additional pick-ups and be altered to emergency situations.

The installation of the G.P.S.'s in each vehicle has improved the efficiency on the road in terms of reduction of empty miles.

Whilst the investment in telecommunication has made it possible to communicate new collections and urgent pick-ups to our drivers without having to wait for the driver to arrive at the next loading place. Likewise, the driver can communicate any problems to head offcie for immediate action.
